Chiefs pull off the win, but according to witnesses Geckos dominated until they ran out of legs. Even worse, our dear leader Tommy was playing for the enemy and chipped in a couple of goals with his stick from 1918.

We only have an hour of ice time tonight because of all the tournaments going on this month, so we were lucky to get any ice time at all.
So, since it's only for an hour we are dropping the price to 10 bucks!

Chiefs hockey Sunday, June 3rd from 9:30-11am!

Chiefs Sunday morning hockey! We played some outstanding 4 on 4 hockey! We had Pete and The Manager in net and they were evenly matched. There were some spectacular spills and the top 3 were: 1. Tambo tossed his stick in the air his knees started to shake and he tried to touch his toes as his feet flew up in the air and he sat down hard on his well cushioned ass. Nice job Tambo! 2. Monk rushed up the ice and just before he crossed the blue line into our end he showed us that he was capable of doing the splits and we questioned his manhood. It may be time to book a physical Monk! 3. I had a sure break away when my fast moving feet got the better of me and I proceeded to do a face plant skid across the red line and in front of the oppositions bench. Well played Ryan! And the honorable mention goes out to Tommy for lining up Kyong for the dirtiest, nastiest clean hit. No body checking Tommy! Good game Chiefs and thanks to those that skated this morning!

Chiefs vs Falcons results

Wow! What a game! Chiefs vs Falcons vs Yonsei vs the Korean National team! Even worse was the fact that 3 Chiefs(Traitors) turned their backs on the Chiefs and played for the rivals(Jun, Tom, and Lemur). The enemy got off to a quick start and jumped out to a 4 nothing lead. It was time for the Chiefs to regroup, so we made some adjustments on forward and defense and went to work. After we scored a few and they scored a few the score board revealed it was 7-3 for the ringers. They clearly didn't deserve the lead with their fancy passes and laser shots picking corners. But the stake in the heart was Lemur being just stretchy enough for the other team. WTF! The one thing that the Chiefs had in spades was HEART! We played our hearts out, but we just couldn't claw our way back from that 4 goal outburst at the start. Howser tried his best in the pipes but admittedly, he didn't provide the support he needed. Final score, 10-6, but the ref ignored 1 of our goals for some strange reason despite our desperate finger pointing at the net and yelling, "goal, goal!" with sticks raised in celebration. So, we'll call it 10-7. Great effort Chiefs! We'll get'em next time!
